Can I get my Golden Visa through this website?

Does this investment qualify for the Portuguese Golden Visa?
Yes. This opportunity qualifies under Article 90-A of Law No. 23/2007, by investing in a Portuguese company that creates at least five new full-time jobs per investor.
Can the entire application process be done remotely?
Yes. Your designated legal team can manage the entire Golden Visa process on your behalf, including investment documentation, application preparation, and submission. You are only required to be physically present in Portugal for the biometric appointment.
Who can be included in my Golden Visa application?

You can include your legal spouse or registered partner, dependent children (regardless of age if financially dependent or enrolled in education), and financially dependent parents or in-laws. All family members must meet eligibility requirements under Portuguese law.

What happens if my application is delayed or rejected?
If delayed, your legal team will manage all communication with AIMA and keep you updated. If rejected, your lawyer will review the grounds and may appeal or resubmit if legally appropriate.
Do I need to relocate to Portugal?
No. The Golden Visa requires only 14 days of stay every 2 years, and your legal team can manage the application and renewals remotely, including biometric appointments in some consular locations.
What returns can I expect on my investment?

Target dividend up to 5% annually, based on company profits, starting from Year 2, premium membership and discounts on services and products.

Is my capital guaranteed?
Your capital is used to purchase equity shares. You will be participating in the risks and the rewards. On redemption, you will be entitled to an investment premium of 5% on the invested sum, on top of all yearly dividends already received. This is defined in your shareholders agreement.
When can I apply for citizenship?
You become eligible to apply for Portuguese permanent residency after 5 years, and full citizenship after 10 years. Your legal team will guide you through this process when the time comes.
What access does the Golden Visa provide to other European countries?

Golden Visa holders have full visa-free access to the Schengen Area for 90 days out of 180. This freedom of movement is ideal for business and leisure travel. Portuguese residency is not transferable to other EU countries.

Do Golden Visa residents have access to healthcare in Portugal?

Yes. All family members included in your Golden Visa application are eligible to register for the Portuguese National Health Service (SNS) and access public healthcare. You may also choose private health insurance if you wish.
